Aim: To provide clear, practical, focussed and "hands-on" courses in both basic and advanced biostatistics. The courses are designed and delivered by Dr. Alan Kelly, Associate Professor of Biostatistics at Trinity College Dublin.

Ongoing: Essential Statistics for medical and health professionals (ESIM) - a distance learning course in biostatistics is available all year round.

Well done for providing such a great course. Courses exclusively online are always a bit of a challenge, and statistics certainly is not the easiest subject to learn (or to teach for that matter). Therefore one could easily have doubts about an online statistics course (I did), yet I found that all concepts are very well explained as I actually had very few questions. And I even enjoyed it! The length of each module is just right, challenging enough but not overwhelming, so that students can enjoy the achievement of completing each one D. Bellerose, HRB
